Legal Question in Education Law in India
school society
i bought a school. later i converted it into a proper society run school. cbse affiliated. upto 10 class. society was made by me and consisted of relatives(passive). it was a so called society where all money came to me finally. such family run schools are very common in india. but my sun fooled me by insisting that we could show only one family member in the society. thus my name never surfaced, i simply remained a principal for 34 years.now i am 60.my this son has taken away the whole school. not giving anything to me, his brother, sis. can we call the school our property and ask legally for share?sos, pl. help. terrible times. his father(dead) has been shown founder

Details like agreement if any among the family members etc.are required to be examined to give any opinion on the subject matter.Prima-facie you and other people can ask for share but it depends upon various other grounds. In case of need contact with details.professional charges are applicable.
