Legal Question in Education Law in India
hi sir please advice me if I do regular degree from university being doing defence service, and only i appear for exam not any class during my leave than the degree is valid or not.

it wuld not be valid as regular university means regular attendance
u cant be prsent at same time at both places

If the university has no problems then of course the Degree is valid.
