Legal Question in Education Law in India
Sir, I am a 1st year(2nd semester) B.Tech student of a college in coimbatore, affiliated to Anna University Chennai. Now I wish to discontinue the course and inorder to that I have not attended the 2nd semester university exams which will be finishing on 30.06.2012. So when I have asked for my certificates the management told to pay an amount of Rs.75000 inorder to release the certificates. Now my degree classes will start from july 1st week. Before this I will need to submit the original certificates to the present college. Also recently the Chennai High Court ordered that those students who discontinues in between the B.tech course must pay the full fees of that year. Now how can I get my certificates immediately without poaying the amount?
