Legal Question in Education Law in India

Sir,Iam currently in 3rd year BE from amravati. I am having a problem with mismatch of my date of birth in SSC board certificate and that of Tc(Transfer certificate) provided by school.this is because during my admission in school my parents had changed my date of birth.so in tc wrong dob has been entered.Because of this my junior college has printed wrong dob in my tc....Now I am in Engg and I want that after my graduation my TC from this college should have right dob in it and also in degree...please guide me with the procedure to correct my dob in college itself

you may approach the school for correction of dob.

usually dob has to be taken from ssc board certificate not from transfer certificate ...

so even if not changed it wuld not create any prob .... dob registered with board matters not with school ..still u can approach school if have any doubts
