Legal Question in Education Law in India
HI SIR,
Myself is nagarj,my qualifiction is b,com(2005-2008)from karnataka university,& i did paramedical health inspector course (2004-2007),my question is i have did two courses at a same time, both regularly,i got a govt job with help of my diploma in health inspector course can i show them b.com degree certificate,it is legal.or illlegal.doing a two degree s at a time is illegal.if i show the my b,com degree certificate means i will get promotion .
pls help me

don't show your B.Com degree. it is not permissible to study two full time courses at the same time. it will be problem for your existing job.
It may not be illegal to pursue more than one courses at the same time. you may check with the concerned institutions. hiding or telling a lie may create more problems. try to keep the record straight and be honest and truthful.
