Legal Question in Education Law in India
My son was re-admitted in Sri Venkateswara College Delhi in the same class in 2011-12. Attended class and has Internal Assessment Mark for 2011-12. But now Vice Principa i/c Principal insisted that Internal Assessment mark of 2010-11 will be considered in which case my son fails.
As per Ordinance IV of DU " Readmission" my son is fresh candidate and can not beconsidered as Ex-student.
