starting new computer class

Dear Sir,

I wish to start my own establishment for computer teaching centre for languages.

Do me favour and give best guidancec to start it with all formalities of required registrations initially.

You may not require any formalities in the beginning unless your establishment becomes really big enough to draw attention.
