if student is not satisfied with institute like NIIT then student can get refund or money back?

may depend upon the contract you signed at the time of joining; however, you may still try for refund by writing them a registered letter and pin pointing the reasons for your dissatisfaction. a complaint before the Consumer Forum may help.
