Legal Question in Education Law in India
I am teaching some students and then also giving them recorded CDs of my lecture. While teaching I am giving them examples of revenues of some public companies as reported these companies themselves online as well as their number of employees, profitability etc., everything as reported by these companies in their annual reports in Investors section Online on their website. Can any of these companies challenge me on this and Is it Legally OK. Thanks

in order to give an opinion in this matter, one has to go through the CD of your lecture and then the comparative study of information on website and your lecture needs to be done.
