will i get the domicile certificate?
hello,
i completed my 11th in delhi (cbse) nd currently doin my 12th from mumbai(pune board)....as per the law i require a domicile certificate to appear for mht-cet....but the court has denied.. sayin dat u need past 10yrs residence proof in mumbai....i hav a 5yr residence proof..pleez help

No escape.you have to act and comply with law.

As per prevailing laws u can't have domicile of maharashtra . u can try for other seats unreserved for domicile quota . In present cirucmstances u can well challenge the constituional validity of rules making it mandatory for residence of 10 years of more
