My Husband has 4 other siblings, 2 of whom are well to do and living in the same city. Ever since our marriage, 6 years now. Only my husband and I are taking care of my father in law who lives with us. Now that we have asked his other 2 siblings (Sister and Brother) to also share the responsibility of taking care of his father, 4 months each. But they are refusing to take care of him in rotation. Can I take legal action on the other 2 siblings? Please advice as to how to do this.

Yes you can. Ask your father in law to file appropriate petition in the Family Court through a lawyer.
