once the complaint is filed in CAW cell, it is advisable to file an application before the court so that time is granted to the applicant to apply for anticipatory bail in the event of arrest. the court grants a few days time to the applicant to appraoch the court in the event of f.i.r. being lodged. the IO sends a notice to the applicant that f.i.r. is lodged and they may seek AB.
