Forged and fake certificates
In a recognised and affiliated School, what are laws against teachers who have forged and fake certificates?

In such a scenario, first of all, all the schools have a code of conduct and various policies.
Secondly, because the school is recognized and affiliated, then laws of recognizing organization will apply.
Thirdly, some general state laws like Education Act will also apply.
There may be a scenario where the recognizing agency is the State itself, then state laws will apply.
