Legal Question in Entertainment Law in India
Necessity of registering a contractual agreement
I am planning to buy a 32 year scheme of timesharing in hotel industry in which I will pay onetime lumpsum and a nominal maintenance for every year and I can enjoy 7 days free boarding in that hotel every alternate year. This being a longterm contract, Is it not mandatory to get the agreement document registered with Maharashtra Government, where the agreement is executed.
