I want to register a complain against a song. The song has been passed by CEnsor board. If i can do this then how to do it? need fastest reply

No matter whether it is passed by CENSOR or not, rather it depends what complanit you are about to shoot. If it is aviolation of copy right, lodge complaint in trademark office. If it is against nation/religion etc, file case as PIL or writ
