Legal Question in Entertainment Law in India
i was signed as an actor by a indian film director. he took 15lacs indian rupees from me for this. he gave me an agreement signed by him, which has been expired because the date mentioned in the agreement is of 8 months back. please suggest me how to file a case against him by that i can get my money back.

Contact a lawyer and file a suit for recovery and after examining the agreement one can tell if a Criminal Complaint also can be filed or not.
