Legal Question in Entertainment Law in India
Website billing
I am am 55 years of age and installled internet at home recently .Besides the wonderful world of information on the net I am also drawn to the pronograghic contents some of which is amazing . I wish to know whether there are any laws in '' India '' against subscribing to such sites by using my credit card . Is it illlegal by any chance ?

at present it is not illegal to become member on such sites, till you do any illegal act, but most of such sites are fruad and you will not benefit even by paying lot of money.
no doubt that the world of internet is really amazing but be cautious about making payments.
