Legal Question in Environmental Law in India
Hi, I want to buy a agricultural land in Maharashtra or Gujrat state of India. However, as per Indian law, once should be from farmer background or should own a agricultural land to buy a new agricultural land. I dont have both of them. Can you suggest me how can I buy a agricultural land in this case.
