Legal Question in Environmental Law in India
domicile certificate
My age is 44. I'm born and brought up in Kalyan, Thane Dist, Maharashtra. Done my school and college here. Living for the past 18 years in Pune. I got a permanent house for the last 6 years. In that name I got ration card, passport and all the documents. But I don't have my past documents like electricity bill for last 10 years and all that.
My question is, with my college leaving certificate, where in it says that my birth place is Kalyan, can I get a domicile certificate for my daughter? If yes, then what documents I should produce?

Re: domicile certificate
You may better contact the local revenue authorities for necessary forms and formalities. On the face of it, you appear to be eligible for the domicile certificate.
