Legal Question in Environmental Law in India
I live in New Delhi / India. My neighbour entered our premises while I was not at home and hacked our creeper as the leaves were falling into her property and her expensive stone was getting ruined in the process. Our creeper is inside our own property. No branches are even falling into her property. what legal action can I take against her?
