Legal Question in Environmental Law in India
My neighbor forces me to cut my coconut tree as it's leaves makes dusty atmosphere over their stairs. But the tree is not a major obstacle for them as its leaves are just peeping and not fully. How can we defend. Is there any legal point binding on this.
