Legal Question in Environmental Law in India
My neighbor sold my six green trees from my farm (when i was out of station for a time of two weeks) to some one else who cut down them and carried away, How should i prosecute against neighbor and the purchaser and under which law and sections? What punishment is available against them as per Indian law?
