Legal Question in Environmental Law in
My nieghbour has installed a big generator next to my back compound wall. Whenever the gen set is switched on the sound is unbearable and vibrating. My request to him to reduce the sound and noise pollution is vain as he continues in using the generator.On 27-07-10 the generator was used from 09-00a.m to 05-00p.m. as there was no electricity.
Pl. advice me what should i do toprevent this.

You will have to issue a Lawyer Notice to him to stop the nuisance and noise pollution. Then file a civil suit if he still disobeys the notice demands.
