Legal Question in Environmental Law in India
A resident in my neighboring society has cut down fully grown trees which were in their compound, the sole reason being the leaves falling. No other resident agrees, but at the same time dont say a word against him. what action can be taken? Plz help the remaining part of the poor trees. Im really concerned & worried.
