in 498a my apb is diismised now the police is in search of me and my family if i surrender before the magistrate and apply for regular bail i need to come daily and sign in police station and attend the enquiry or can i settle for compromise with her with mutual concern once for all

where do you get the impression that after the regular bail you will have to come daily and sign in police station or attend the enquire. After the regular bail, no doubt you have to participate in the investigation but not daily or not that you have to sign in police station. You are not a History Sheeter. For compromise, it is your desire and prerogative.
