once in 498a i had been arrested and during enquiry i prove im innocent what will the police do would it send a report to court stating im guilty or the case will also proceed in court until the magistrate gives judgement

if during investigation police agrees with you that you have not committed the offence and there are no evidence against you supporting 498a, the police may file the closure report before the magistrate under sec 173 cr pc. the magistrate then has to issue notice to the complainant before accepting the final report of the police.
