Hi the 498a,494,506 cases are pending in the lowert court and trial has not yet started in mean time my huhsband has filed a flase divorcee petition stating that i had deserted him from many years and refused to go back with him.Please help me understand if it is wise to quash the petition itself? reason being he is trying to cover up all the harrassment and bigamy etc.. stating in the divorcee petition applied by him that i was very adamanat girl and used to fight for trivial issues and never a dutiful wife and deserted away.But the fact is opposite i tried to save the marriage 101 times and it never happened and did not desert him.Please help me.I have also been posting from the start of my case and the suggestions have been useful for me in dealing the issues.Thanks

If your husband had filed false divorce case, still you will have to contest the same by appearance.
It is not possible to quash a divorce case, even if it is based on false grounds, so long as the parties are spouse of each other.
