498a clarification bail

wife filed DVC Case against all family members, still dvc case was going on. After 2yrs wife again she filed 498a case against to all family members but when she file 498a case hustband was out of station and rest of the family members without moving police station they got anticpated bail expect husband. for this situation. if the husband also file anticpated bail(becasue right now husband was in out station) without moving the police station they will get the bail or not. Menwhile if they police man take any serious action?

The matter is of course. However, the husband may apply for anticipatory bail. It may be better if you try to reach an amicable out of court settlement.
