Legal Question in Family Law in India

In 2012,a daughter(74 years old) wants share in the property that mother got in gift from her father in law(self acquired property) in 1953 & she sold that property to daughter in law in 2003 on which a case was already done in 2003 by one of the sons ,which was won by the defendants in Delhi High Court on both benches(i.e.-the daughter in law). So does the daughter has the right to go into court for her share?

after the decision of the High Court, i do not foresee any right accruing to the daughter. however, i would like to go through the judgment of DHC in order to give a fair opinion.
