you can apply for transit bail from your native place.....on what ground the bail in MHC is dismissed. you may appeal against the order of refusing bail to the Supreme Court in New Delhi.
If the case is registered at Madras, you cannot apply for anticipatory bail in Trichy or Bangalore or any other place except Supreme Court of India, at New Delhi. if you have fresh grounds, that is, grounds other than you have exercised before Madras High Court then you may apply afesh before Madras High Court. Meanwhile if you are arrested you will have to apply for regular bail.
