1. 498a/406 Registered 4 month Back but no progress on the case. I had taken notice of arrest 7 days from Delhi court. I had not pushed much in this case.
2. DV act 2005: She is asking Maintaince and RTR mainly.
a. Petetion,relif and prayer is not as per format of DV act. I had put the same in preminary objections. Whereas 1 Page and 2 points are missing in the Petetion send to me. The same i can also put in the same objections.
b. She has written in DV that she is earning 40K and wedlock was there.Still court can award the Maintaice to wife?
c. I had talk personally to her lawyer but he is demanding a lot money which i cant afford? what are suitable ways to handle this situations with Legal advisors?
d. I want to bring her back in my life what is best possible way so that in future no such probs will arise.
Problem: 1. Ghar Jamai issue
2. I had taken rented accomdation near to office but she didnt live there as well.
3. Criminal mind set ...converting each discussion into allegations just to bow down me and my family with the help of these laws.

in case she does not want to live with you...u may simply seek divorce by mutual consent and in case they ask for exorbitant amount...hire a good lawyer for lowering it down.
