in my 498a my wife blamed on me that i kept her 75 gm gold. and then through him out. so plz tell me that for taking anticapitary bail does court can asked me that if u give X amount of money to her then i will give u bail? if yes then how can counter it?

You should be ready and willing to return her entire "istridhan" including gold and jewellary.

Wife may claim Istridhan and you need to pay the same to be out from legal prosecution.
