You may seek and obtain anticipatory bail; but that may not be the end of this problem.

If this is just the beginning, it may be better for you to focus on an amicable out of court settlement of the entire dispute. The litigation will be costly and time consuming; and even after getting bail, if trial proceeds, you may land up in jail.

It may better either to bring her back by assuaging her hurt feelings, or to persuade her for a 'settlement' of her/their terms and seek a mutual consent divorce.

Any further delay in settlement of the dispute may complicate your life.

Firstly, I would advise you to go for amicable out of court settlement of the whole dispute.

Secondly obtaining anticipatory bail is not the solution and if you are going for litigation then it will be expensive and time consuming.
