based on the evidences that i have how to quash the false case 498A in high court. i ma based in chennai. my wife put false complaint in andhra. we wr all on bail.

the procedure to seeking quashing of FIR is by approaching the High Court of State in which FIR is registered. You may show me the FIR by sending attachment and explain your grounds of quashing. I shall guide you if the grounds in your mind are tenable in law or not.

It is advicable to you to please fight the case and argued the matter on charge with solid proof that the case and the charge of sec.498 is false and in case if court framed the said charge against you than you go in revision in the High court by invoking the provision of sec. 482
