I have got 2 answers for my previous question (Refernce No: NWOWno8oHt), however still need some assistance on answer number two as below.
Your answer: You will have to add up some ground also that you can take better welfare of the child as compared to your husband and the environment there
Further question: Could you please suggest some critical poits, We should make for doing some ground that we can take better welfare of the child....I mean What strong point court will consider.
Some inputs from Me.
1) Husband had sent her for pregnancy to her parent's place from 7th month onwards, in the same city. ...(only 20 KM distance), also all expeses incurred has been done by us (Mother side), and he kept her for almost 4 months after the birht of the child.
THIS SHOWS careless ness towards the child.....Please suggest.

you have to run the reel backwards to recall such incidents/events (like one above) so as to precipitate you had taken better care and you alone can take better care. First try to recall the truth ful incidents. Truth always prevail. You do not have to think twice when you have to speak the truth.
a few things which you may concentrate upon are the education, social habits of parents/grandparents, conducive environment, availability of good schools, distance of school, presence of older people at home when parents go for work etc.
Each case has its own facts and grounds. One cannot lay down grounds to fit into every case. Your lawyer will be your best bet for framing such grounds.
