In 2004 i have applied for divorce on the mentally retart and cruelity, but till now i nothing has happed, only my evidence was recorded 2 years back.iam pay maintence regularly.
since i have applied for divorce, my wife parents has filed a case for sake of share in my property.i have 1 daughter with my wife
will the case stand ?
