Legal Question in Family Law in India

In 2004 i have applied for divorce on the mentally retart and cruelity, but till now i nothing has happed, only my evidence was recorded 2 years back.iam pay maintence regularly.

how long the case goes on.can't i get divorce atleast on saperation basis for last 5 years.

against me they have filed a suit for share in property as one daughter is with my wife

in case you have a share in the joint family property, the daughter can claim partition of the joint property. as far as divorce is concerned, it all depends upon your case whether you have made out a strong case against your wife or not.
