1.Can court order to investigate the personal bank lockers of both parties,If in-laws alleged that the [daughter-in-law] Gold Ornaments given by both parties kept in her parents locker but the gold is in mother-in-law's custody in her bank locker from the very first day aftr marriage.?.
2. How can one proof the expenses spend on marriage,if we dont have any bills regarding articles & goods [esp. gold ornaments & sarees] given at the time of marriage to a daughter as we have not expect this [court case]situation at the time of marriage...?
3.Where we can get Supreme-Court notification of sudden holiday on 14 april2007 i.e Ambedkar jayanti.It has been declared public holiday.
What shud we do now to fight back the case,Otherwise in-laws will grasp all the costly gold ornaments of our daughter..?

yes, the court can order the opening of locker in the presence of court commissioner. you need to maintain the record of marriage expenses and the same needs to be incurred by obtaining bills otherwise the same cannot be proved in court. as advised earlier, you need to file a complaint under DV act.
