1.Can Grand mother(57years) adopt grand son( Daughters first son).
2.Can adoption get registered after some years of adoption as per hindu rituals(
Function) within the family occation.

how can a grandmother adopted her grandson once there already exists a relationship. this adoption cannot be done. even if adoption is permissible, it has to be rooted through CARA as family adoptions carry no legal value.
