1-Can husband make himself safe obtaining RCR , from DV,498a,maintenance etc.?

2-What is maximum maintenance amount for wife and child?

3-What is maximum period for a contested divorce? 4-If husband obtains RCR and wife denies to stay in matrimonial home (wants to live with husband in other place) , can husband take divorce on behalf of RCR?

Taking decree of RCR is not a ground to safe from 498A or from domestic violence or from 125crpc.

Maintenance depends upon the financial condition.

Divorce takes time depends on evidence produced by both parties.

Divorce can be filed after getting decree of u/s9 HMA.
