1.Can another marriage done during a divorce procedure of a previous marriage,be prevented from becoming void?

No another marriage cannot be done legally. Till such time the divorce decree is pronounced by the H'nble Judge you are still the legally married spouse of your (estranged)husband/wife.

There is legal method to protect the second marriage from being void in law; UNLESS you marry again after obtaining divorce decree of first marriage.
