Charges under section 498 A

is a non - bailable offence , but

how the accused are getting

anticipatory bail for this and

continue harassing in different

way ? How a non-bailable

crime get anticipatory bail ?

Please answer and clarify.

It depends upon the caliber and skill of a lawyer.Take advise of a good lawyer to oppose the bail of the accused person.

anticipatory bail can be granted by the court even in a murder case; depends upon facts of each case. for detailed information about law of regular bail and anticipatory bail, please study the provisions of SECTIONS 437, 438 AND 439 OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CODE in a good text book.

it depeneds on case to case and in every case anticipatory bail is not granted.

they must have showed good grounds for getting anticipatory bail.
