Legal Question in Family Law in India

i have 2 children , son , aged 20 , and 18 years. i have been living seperately since last 15 years . divorce applied by husband was rejected by family court . maintainance of 2000 each for myself and 2 minor sons total 6000/=, who are in their higher studies , was granted , at that time . they were 15 and 17 years (minor) , but now my husband has stopped sending maintanance for 2 children now aged 20 and 18 years , though both of them are studying . he his sending only 2000 instead of 6000. can i claim maintainance for my children . my husband is a wealthy bussinessman estate agent in mumbai , therefore hides is income and keeps on changing his address.

he cannot stop paying maintenance unless the court has specifically asked him to do so. you may file an application in the court that decided your application.
