Legal Question in Family Law in India

After 27 days of my marriage my husband harrased and beat me for the whole night.then i moved to my parents house and stayed there.after 15 days he came heavly drunk beat me and my father and sisters.i filed complaint against him under 498(a), 323,504,506 of IPC.and my husband filed complaint against my fathe and 2 sisters under section 324 and 34 of IPC.how can i get divorce from my husband? and how much permant alimony should i ask from hom.? Will court grant me permant alimony and maintanance. my marriage is consumated for just 2 days but my husband says he has not touched me and he will not give me any amount. Please advice me

You should pursue your criminal complaint. You should be entitled to maintenance as well as permanent alimony. However, you should not try to hurry up the divorce case.

You should peruse your case and yes you can get divorce also. Regarding maintenance you can claim either for one time alimony or can go for monthly maintenance also.
