1- What are disadvantages for wife in ex-parte decree by court for RCR u/s 9 HMA

filed by husband?

2- What kind of penalties are i.e. finacial, etc in case of non comliance?

3- Can wife file a petition under DV Act,125 crpc,u/s 9 HMA after the ex-parte decree against her of RCR u-s 9 HMA ?

4- Is a working wife eligible for maintenance after ex-parte decree against her for RCR u/s 9 HMA?

after the non compliance of RCR, it is presumed that the wife is living separately from husband without a reasonable cause and this may hamper her maintenance.
