1)My divorce case is going on from September 2010. I have filed for 498a case now against my husband and inlaws for the harrasment done during the marriage and now. they have been arrrested today. Post bail are there any chances of they filing any case against me , if yes what??

They are not going to file any criminal case against you but surely your husband would file a case for divorce against you.
they can file purjury or deframation case against you
First of all they have to face your case, they cannot do anything now. In fact they may come for negotiation, settlement to escape from the clutches of criminal law.
Damages or Defamatory cases may raise only after conclusion the case/Trial by you. For which you have to get 'Clear acquittal'. They cant do anything if acquitted on benefit of doubt

Since your divorce case is already pending, there is no other case that your husband and in-laws can file at the moment.
