1) can dva or 125crpc be filed in india for a husband staying in foreign country(nri) ?

2) how long does it take fr reccieveing "interim maintenance order" ?

Yes you can file a Petition under DVA and an application 125 Crpc despite your husband being in foreign country. Which place do you live in for answer to your 2nd question .
