what is 9hma? i do not know how to get divorce from my wife. if she does'nt want me divorce, then can i not get divorce from her? if possible, how much time it will take for it? we are already seperate for a year long. after 9 months living with me she left my home and stayed at her father's home. i contact her through telephone but she does'nt want to live at my home.

Sec 9 of Hindu Marriage Act is related to Restitution of conjugal rights which if files in the court, court will order your wife to live with you. But you want divorce you have to file a petition u/s 13 of H.MA. You have to give me some facts so that i could decide which ground you can take.
