with u/s. 13 of HMA, i can file a application U/s. Sec 27 of HMA to dispose of property purchased after 8 years of marriage with joint name

How property in joint names can be disposed of without the consent and signatures of the other spouse. Permission from Court can be be obtained after settlement and then signature/documentation is also required. period of 8 years is immaterial and money spent is also irrelevant.
