Legal Question in Family Law in India
1) can very intimate pics and videos of my wife recorded from a handycam be shown as sole evidence in the court to prove adultry for filing divorce
2) can I also impose criminal charge against her using above evidences, as she has defamed me enough to leave my society, everyone laughs at my situation, even ny business i have to close down because of this

It would depend upon the pictures. I have no idea what you mean by very intimate. Adultery is the most difficult thing to prove. and the adulterator is also to be made party along with wife.
Yes, you may file criminal complaint be it may for bigamy or defamation or both.
